TIPS AND TRICKS TO MAKE BIRYANI AND PULAO MORE DELICIOUS


VEG PULAO RECIPE 

Thank you Zeeba Rice for sending me this amazing product. This aged basmati rice is famous for its rich aroma flavour, which is perfect for special occasions. This rice is a perfect choice to make biryani,pulao,jeera rice and kheer etc. It comes in zip-locked bag, which solves the problem of storage in households. The best thing is it is non-sticky and fluffy after cooking with long grains.

Ingredients:-

1/2 kg Zeeba rice 

3 teaspoons oil

2 bay leaves  

4 cloves

3 black pepper

2 tsp garam masala 

1 cup chopped carrot

1 cup chopped cauliflower

1 cup chopped green peas

Salt as per taste


 

How to make:-

Heat a cooker, add the oil, bay leaf,cloves and black pepper. 

Then add garam masala and red chilli powder. Mix well. 

Now add the chopped veggies and mix well, then add salt as per taste. 

Now the main ingredient is zeeba basmati rice. Close the cooker and let it cook. 

Serve the veg puloa with raita.
